Before detailing each of Cait Sith's weapons, it'd convenient to explain how the whole Weapons system works in FFVII. Each character has a defined type of weapon, which can be only used for him/her. They can be found on chests, bought at Weapon shops, won at certain missions/side-quests, etc. Apart from that, almost every weapon have "slots" where you can put Materia, in order to level it up. The number of slots, and the experience you get for Materia in each battle, varies depending on the weapon.
"Ultimate" weapons (the ones you find at the very end of the game, and the most powerful ones, of course) are the exception to some of these features: you can only have one of them (if you sell it, you will lose it forever), and they can't be used for leveling Materia up although they have slots for using it.
Cait Sith's weapon is a Megaphone, which is abbreviated in the game as "M-phone". Unlike the other characters, these M-phones don't have very "original" names (ie. Cloud's Ultima Weapon, Vincent's Death Penalty, etc.), but just variations in the color (except for the last ones) making it a bit complicated to recognize them. Here is the list of Cait Sith's M-phones, the places where you can get them, and their stats (for MATERIA SLOTS, "=" means the slots are chained, the spells can be combined -ie. Fire and All, to inflict damage on all enemies):
Yellow M-phone
Cait has it already equipped when you first meet him. You can also buy it for 500 Gil in Junon (disc 2).

White M-phone
It's in a chest in Gongaga Village, or you can buy in Junon (disc 2) for 2300 Gil.

It's in a chest in Shinra Manor. You can also buy it for 3300 Gil in Junon (disc 2).

Black M-phone
It's in a chest in the Gi Caves in Cosmo Canyon. You can also buy it for 2800 Gil in Junon (disc 2).

Green M-phone
It can be bought for 2400 gil at Cosmo Canyon weapon shop.

It can be bought for 5500 gil at Wutai weapon shop.

It can be bought at Costa del Sol for 15000 Gil in Disc 2.

It's in a chest in Ancient Temple, or you can buy it in Junon (disc 2) for 3000 Gil.

It can be bought for 11000 gil at Icicle weapon shop.

Crystal M-phone
It can be bought for 18000 gil at Mideel weapon shop, BEFORE visiting Cloud at hospital. After that, the city is destroyed, and you can not buy it anymore.

It's in a chest in Midgar Sector 8.
